We at the B.S. Anangpuria Institute of Technology & Management firmly believe that while books have their own role to play in knowledge impartation, it is the real-life experiences that matter a lot. This is the reason why we consistently provide our students with interaction opportunities with industry professionals and experts. One such expert talk was recently organizedon February 22, 2023, for our CSE/IT 4^th semester, BBA (II) RM, FSB 4^th&6^th semester, and MBA 2^nd& 4^thsemester students. It was organized as a part of our Innovation Council Activity.

The talk was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Umesh V. Banakar,President of Banakar Consulting Services, and was primarily about intellectual property rights. He explained to students the end-to-end procedure of applying for an IPR. He described how a scientist can apply for and earn patents,and quoted a number of real-life examples for better understanding of students.

On Nov 2^nd – 3^rd, 2022, we at the B.S. Anangpuria Institute of Technology & Management organized an industrial visit to Network Bulls for our First and Second-year CSE /IT and BCA DS 1^st semester students.

We firmly believe that the knowledge of Networks is extremely crucial for understanding the concepts of Computer Science. Thus, the visit was arranged with the intention of providing our pupils with in-depth insights into the working of Network Devices and Data Centres.

The visit to Network Bulls enabled the students to attain hands-on experience and exposure to the world of networking. All in all, the experience was great, and the students learned a lot.

B. S. Anganpuria Institute of Technology & Management organised a workshop on “Introduction to Web3 & Metaverse” in Collaboration with Trace Network Labs. Some Glimpses of the workshop..

Expert Talk was organized by the Department of CSE/IT/BCA on Thursday, 12^th May, 2022 on topic “Uncertainty to Opportunities: Data Science”. Students of B.Tech/BCA DS of 2^nd, 4^th & 6^th semesters and faculties were present there.

Ms. Swarnima Pandey, key speaker was the alumna of our college. She worked with Cognizant as Data Analyst & presently she is working in Gartner as Research Scientist in Data Science. In the talk, she inspired our students with knowledge of data science and guided the students about the need of data science in industries & also told why nowadays data science is in boom.

Finally, she enlighted the students with her own journey & the way she achieved her goals.

BSAITM is fortunate to be gifted with a number of students who are rich of their intellectual interests. They keep on engaged in numerous forms of activities to nurture their literary passion. In this regard, the Literary Club organized two competitions namely Picture Composition and Poem Composition on the theme of “Mother’ Day” on 6^th May,2022. A large number of students came forward to enthusiastically participate in these events. The young  technocrats expressed their varied emotions for their mother in the poetic way. It was indeed a good platform to their unleash their hidden emotions. The participants of the picture composition also analyzed the picture in an entirely innovative and creative shape. Dheeraj  & Priyanka from CSE 6^th Sem bagged first prize and Jatik Bhardwaj & Manish Pandey from IT 6^th Sem bagged 2^nd prize in picture composition and Vaishnavi & Princy Mangla from  CSE 4^th Sem baggd first prize and Sakshi & Mayank Khandelwal from CE 4^th sem bagged 2^nd prize in poem composition.

BSAITM always believe in the intellectual nourishment of the students with the ultimate intent for their versatile development. For this purpose, various clubs such as Literary Club, Fine Arts Club, Technical Club, Sports Club, Theatre Club, Research Club, Social Media Club, and Entrepreneurship Club have been formed, and all the students have enthusiastically come forward to get themselves registered for the different arenas of activities. As per the activity calendar, the Fine Arts club celebrated Earth Day and organized a Poster Making Competition on the theme of “The Environment” on 22^nd April 2022 so as to create awareness among the students for the clean and pristine earth.  Ms. Rajni Sachdeva and Ms. Bhawana Srivastava were the faculty in-charges. A good number of students initiated to express their aesthetic sense and imagination in the form of colors and drew thought-provoking posters.  It was really a tough competition among the students since all the posters were amazingly done. The team of Jatik Bhardwaj (IT 6^th sem) and Akshit Kohli (IT 6^th sem) was declared winners, Abhay Bhardwaj (IT 6^th sem) and Deepak Kumar (IT 6^th sem) got 2^nd position, Mayank Khandelwal (CSE 4^th sem), Parul (CSE 4^th sem) and Ajay (CSE 4^th sem) bagged 3^rd position in the competition.

An Orientation Programme was organized for the B.Tech & BCA 1 st Sem students on 26th  Oct 2021 so as to help them start their career pilgrimage in an equitable manner and on the right path. The programme was started with the ceremonial lightening of the lamp and Saraswati Vandana, in presence of Director, Prof.(Dr.) Roop Krishen Khar, Principal, Dr. Bhupesh Kumar Singh, all distinguished HoD’s, faculty members and newly admitted students. In the inception of the program, the institute’s theme video was displayed making students feel proud to be associated with BSAITM.
Principal, Dr. Bhupesh Kumar Singh in his inaugural speech extended a warm welcome to the new entrants and highlighted the salient features and milestones, the institute has achieved with the constant pursuance of excellence. In his speech, he also threw a light on the rules & regulations with special reference to the services and facilities available in the institute.

Thereafter honorable Director Prof. (Dr.) Roop Krishen Khar was invited on the dais. He wholeheartedly congratulated all the freshers for choosing BSAITM as a platform to shape their career dreams. He also assured them of full-fledged cooperation at every step of their academic stay at the campus. He shared his vast experience and advised the students to be dedicated, committed and focused so as to carve out a niche for themselves.

Followed by the speech of honorable Director Prof (Dr) Roop Krishen Khar, a motivational session was organized with the speaker Mr. Amit Virmani, Mr. Amit Sharma and Mr. Jatin Kapoor with the purpose to make students aware of the changes which are going to occur after entering the college life.

In the last part of the program, the students were taken for the campus visit so that they feel comfortable during their stay at the campus in the times to come. The programme was ended by creating a significant impact on the students and motivating them to achieve greater heights.
